OUTSHINE POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY AND DEPOSITS 

 

We kindly request a 24-hour notice for re-booking and cancellations.

Failure to provide this notice will result in a service charge of 50%.

In the event of a 'no show,' a deposit will be required to reschedule any future bookings.

This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled reservation but will be forfeited if you fail to attend again.

 

A deposit of 50% may be required to secure large service bookings.

The deposit will be applied to your scheduled reservation and is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours or in the case of a 'no-show'.

 

LATE ARRIVALS


If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service or a change in service provider.


UNATTENDED CHILDREN

As a courtesy to all our guests, children under the age of 12 must be properly supervised while in the salon.

The supervising adult must be a guest who is not receiving services.
